If someone asks for your Social Security number, or other personal details like your address, household income, or phone number in exchange for a gift card or other prize it’s a scam.

❄️ Winter Wellness for Our Little Ones ❄️
We’re starting to see more and more flu cases in our little kiddos, so this is a great time for a quick reminder on keeping them healthy this winter season.

✨ A few simple steps go a long way:
• Rest: Make sure children are getting plenty of sleep so their immune systems stay strong.
• Hydration: Even in cold weather, kiddos need water throughout the day to stay healthy.
• Handwashing: Encourage frequent handwashing, it's one of the best ways to prevent the spread of germs.
• Healthy foods: Fruits, veggies, and balanced meals help support immunity.
• Stay home when sick: Keeping little ones home when they’re not feeling well helps protect other children and families.
