Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Telemed Services:
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday/Sunday, 9 a.m.

Everything we do will be documented in your medical record and our electronic medical record (EMR) will generate charges based on what services our providers perform and the level of medical complexity. Our fees and charges are set by Medicare and insurance companies. As set forth in our payment policy, copayment, coinsurance, and deductible payments are due at time of service. Payment forms accep

This week you may experience:
Brief delays in phone or text responses
Temporary communication gaps

What you can do:
✅ Message or schedule through the patient portal
✅ Call or text again if you don't hear back ✅ Walk in to FastTrack for urgent care needs

🦃 Thanksgiving Holiday Hours for FastTrack Express Clinic for the Thanksgiving holiday starting Noon, Wednesday, November 26th. We will reopen on Monday, December 1st. FastTrack Express Clinic will be available for telemedicine visits:

Wednesday: Open until 8 PM
Thanksgiving Day: Closed
Friday: Open 9 AM – 8 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Open 9 AM – 5 PM
