Being a Massage Therapist isn’t for everyone.

The physicality of the job, the continuing education, working for yourself so you can actually make a living, holding space for others, touching people for a living… it is gentle, sensitive, and vulnerable work. It requires professional training, self-motivation, high integrity, sensitivity, intuition, perseverance.

For me, it is my life’s work and joy. I love creating a safe and sacred space to meet others exactly where they are at. Massage therapy has many benefits. I see clients that are ready to Feel again after being disconnected from sensation in their body whether it be from trauma, stress, illness, or just general chaos in our external world that purposefully disconnects us from our own Being.

Most of my life was spent in survival mode. It takes effort to establish a sense of safety in the body. The significance of receiving care and letting yourself be seen and held is something I hold sacred in my work.

Wherever you’re at on journey, I would be honored to meet you just as you are 💐

Whether it’s to relieve tension, stress, pain, symptoms of chronic illness or fatigue, balance your energy, or just take a break from the overstimulation of the modern world - I’ll be here if you feel the call for care 🌹🩷🌜
