Have you “flipped your lid” before? I have. We all have. Teaching yourself and your child about the functions of the brain help understand WHY we may respond a certain way, and why we may not want to make decisions when our “thinking brain” (upper brain) is offline. Ideally, we can learn what may flip our lids, and tools to help get our upper brain online more efficiently.
