Our phone lines have been down for multiple days. Centurylink is working diligently on getting them back up and running. Unfortunately, it is out of our control. If you are on our patient portal, you are more than welcome to send a web encounter and we will forward it to your provider. Otherwise if it is an emergency, please go to your closest emergency room.

Our office is looking for a front desk receptionist/billing position. We are a busy office, but the hours are amazing. M-Th 8-5pm and Fri 8-12. In order to reduce both staff and patient exposure during this time, healthcare and government officials are encouraging healthcare clinics to use tele-medicine for many non-emergent healthcare needs. This allows patients to have a personalized, virtual visit with their healthcare provider without going into the clinic and from the comfort of their own home. We are offering telehealth appointments for a variety of different health concerns. Please call our office at (208) 442-8035 if you are interested in scheduling a telehealth visit with one of our family practice providers.

***Our office is looking to hire a part time medical assistant.***Hours of need would be Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am until approximately 3pm. Minimum of two years experience and a current Medical Assistant certificate is required. Applicant must have excellent phone skills, be extremely detail oriented and able to work in a VERY fast paced office. They should have great problem solving skills. They must also have experience with not only lab draws, but also being able to prepare labs and pathology for pick up. Experience in women’s health would also be a bonus.
Knowledge with eCW software is a plus but not mandatory.

Dear Lifestages Family,
After 15 months of working with both Lifestages and Terry Reilly Health Services, Dr. Ralene Wiberg has decided to commit fully to her mission with Terry Reilly Health Services as of January 1, 2017.
While it is always difficult to deal with changes, our office is equally committed to your health and wellness. Janine Franco, PA-C will continue seeing our pediatric and family practice patients who wish to remain at Lifestages. For those who would like to continue seeing Dr. Wiberg, appointments can be made at (208) 459-1025. Dr. Dustan Hughes and I will be happy to see all her obstetrics and gynecology patients who remain at Lifestages after January 1, 2017.
We are in the process of identifying another provider to fill Dr. Wiberg’s role and will keep you posted as soon as we find a suitable replacement.
