Taking some time away from teaching Basics.
I don’t know that I’ll end up teaching an intermediate. God and my family need to come first.
Such a tough decision to make because I absolutely love teaching. I feel void but maybe I’ll post more on this FB page instead 😅 Saturday was our last class.

Adding during shaping instead of stretch and folds!
I resisted the temptation to also add in cheddar.
My dough was a bit sticky today and I definitely over fermented. Decided to shape anyway without doing slap and folds. We’ll see tomorrow!
