Dr. Wylam discovers a cozy, welcoming vibe inspired by the fun-loving side of Sasquatch, not the big hairy legend. With homemade, locally sourced dishes and a menu full of flavor, the Sasquatch Inn is quickly becoming a charming favorite in this friendly town.

On this month's Eye on the Wyoming Valley, we visit the Muhlenburg General Store in Hunlock Creek. This amazing building is a pre-civil war gem lovingly restored by a local family who saw its potential as a vibrant community gathering place once again. In the 1840's, the first business to occupy this space was a general store. Although the products today might be a bit different, you are sure to find a unique mix of treasures from a variety of vendors and artisans along with fresh baked goods and so much more. A touch of nostalgia with a modern twist is next!
