All colors and manufactured dates of the Evenflo Revolve360 Slim with NO yellow release tool.

🚨The headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child, which can allow the child to pick off pieces of foam.

🚨 Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury.

📝 Evenflo will mail owners additional tape seal and installation instructions, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 31, 2025. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

‼️ Revolve360Slim with manufacturer number beginning in CS WITH yellow tool (original or extend) are NOT affected.

Every year I ask my local community and every year I get a wonderful response with a very generous donation of pumps, breastfeeding items, new bottles, shields etc.. I offered my last pump yesterday to a grateful family in the county. I am now again looking for gently used or never used breast pumps. (Preferably Spectra, but open to any and all.) Please drop off any of these to my office waiting room area at 55 Old Nyack Turnpike Building #2 Suite 205-208 (main floor waiting room) Nanuet, NY. In the US nearly 400 children under the age of four die every month due to unintentional accidents! This class presents age appropriate home proofing and safety concerns inside and outside the home from infancy to toddlerhood. Learn how to deal with an emergency situation. Infant/Child CPR and choking will be presented and reviewed by participants with hands-on return demonstration on sanitary "CPR Manikins."
