We are a group of passionate and experienced midwives specializing in natural childbirth. We have two birth centers.

Sonoma Valley Birth Center, 4859 Old Redwood Hwy, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
Napa Valley Birth Center, 525 Lincoln Ave, Napa, CA 94558 We are a group of passionate and professional midwives who aid women and families in birthing naturally in their own home on their own terms. As midwives we feel it is our calling to be an advocate for women and the normalcy of birth. We educate and guide others in the areas of birth and pregnancy, and we support you and your family through the entire process. Our goal is to help you give birth in your unique, perfect way that is right for your body and your baby. We are well versed in many forms of birth knowledge, from the ancient to the cutting edge. We feel it's important to work in partnership with modern western medicine, and we recommend its wise use when necessary. We also use herbs, homeopathics and many other holistic and traditional medicines to support healthy pregnancy and birth. We are well trained in birth emergency care to provide you and your baby with the safest birthing experience.

Yesterday, we celebrated the birthday of our founder and Head Midwife, Paula Grady! The heart and guiding light of both of our centers.
Through her vision, courage, and unwavering dedication, she has built more than birth centers, she has built a community grounded in compassion, trust, and empowerment.
Over the years, her steady hands and nurturing spirit have welcomed more than 2,000 babies into the world. Each birth represents not just a number, but a family supported, a mother empowered, and a life forever touched by her care.
Her leadership continues to shape the culture of both our centers, inspiring our team and blessing the families we serve every day.
We are endlessly grateful for her wisdom, strength, and the example she sets. May this year bring her the same love and care she so generously gives to others.
Happy Birthday to a truly remarkable woman.
