This summer, two of our therapists hosted wellness groups for older adults at our wellness campus, fostering connection and well-being within our community. Participants explored important mental health topics like life transitions, grief, and mental health symptoms. Over the six-week program, members expressed heartfelt gratitude for the safe space to connect with others in their primary language. Together, we’re building a supportive community!
