These scholarships make it possible for law students, early-career attorneys, and nonprofit professionals dedicated to disability and special needs advocacy to attend the 10th Annual Special Needs Planning Symposium (Feb 5–7, 2026 in Napa, CA).

With a background in nursing and public health, she combines her understanding of healthcare systems, government benefits, and trust management to deliver innovative, practical solutions for families.

Ann will bring her extensive experience in creating and managing special needs plans to her session "Practical Guidance for Professionals: Funding and Testing Third-Party Special Needs Plans." Along with Michele Fuller, the two will address one of the most pressing questions parents face: "Who will care for my child, and how can I ensure they’ll do it well?"
