I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in December of 2013. My speciality massages include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy as well as Health Coaching. I have worked with Chiropractors and Pain Management Doctors and some of the finest Day Spa's in Napa Valley and You the General Public.
