Took a lap around the huge yard tonight in my snowshoes! Prayed for this new hOMe to connect with the land I’m on- so I know where I am- I’ve moved a lot- I’ve been lost- so tonight it feels fun to stay in this big yard and imagine the next wild thing to do! It’s raining- I don’t know how long I’ll last- but it feels really fun to do what I love- I’ll be ok… I have both my dogs in my imagination…. I’m howling at the moon and listening to the rain and the melt off the trees… it’s heaven! at the moon…

I spent NYE packing and moving to a super cute sweet suite just out of town- and when I got in for the first time (rented sight unseen) I walked into the most caring and supportive community- gifted with flowers for condolences- feeling loved by everyone everywhere… it’s going to be a wonderful year!

Good morning Nymph Falls in Courtenay! This is the Love of my life… got fresh coffee made in the parking lot where the other VW people with cool dog were making coffee a pickin banjo….

I don’t think I’m doing this right… ugh! The bed renovation is not going … it’s just a bunch of little circles- last night I decided to sleep inside- and shoved the mattress up above the cab (that will for sure now become storage…
I slept not for the mattress underneath is hard and lumpy- and I hit my head in te ceiling, I need a ladder up and down which takes up precious space in JOY. So I’m resenting the fact that a yanked out the original bed table combo at the other end of this baby… at least for this winter when my reserves are lower than I’d like and I don’t have a shop… and I think it needs a starter so I can start and level it- I’m wrecking the aluminum door rubbing it on the frame because it’s that off… it’s definitely a two steps forward one step back dance with JOY… I know that these are amazing mistakes- I was listening to a podcast about a book call “I hope I mess this up” or something to that… so I’m here, creating chaos and messing things up, learning to ask for help,(gulp). This is the life I love- I have the love of my life- so I’m this mess… and from this mess I know that the most amazing show is about to begin!!
