Jumping early postpartum can feel a little daunting — and that’s totally normal.
Not sure how to reintroduce impact exercises after having a baby? This is exactly what makes our postnatal fitness program different. 💛
We gradually ease you back into fitness, and part of that progression includes impact: jumping, landing, bounding… all the movements you’ll eventually need in real life when mommying.
Why does this matter?
1️⃣ One day you will be sprinting after a runaway toddler—quite possibly with a baby on your hip. Let’s prepare for that. 😉
2️⃣ Your muscles, joints, and ligaments need time and smart progression, especially early postpartum. So nope… lacing up for a spontaneous run is not recommded for your first workout back.
3️⃣ Re-learning your body is essential for recovery. Introducing impact slowly is a great way to assess pelvic-floor readiness.
4️⃣ And bonus? We boost bone density and cardiovascular health along the way. 🙌
