Libra Vitae is latin for "the balance of life". My work is to help you find balance; body, mind, and soul, through bodywork. In 2012 we bought a home in Napa.

Being a Libra, true to my astrological sign, I long for equililibrium. In love, family, work, and play, I try to bring balance to my life. As a Massage Therapist, my goal is to help you bring balance to yours. I am a certified and licensed Massage Therapist and Health Educator. I have been practicing massage in the San Francisco Bay area for over 8 years. I've had the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing people. I'm so happy to bring my practice to Napa and be part of this thriving community. Relax and restore - mind, body, and spirit - during this 60 minute Restorative Yoga class accompanied by a guided meditation. This class is deeply relaxing, each yoga posture is supported by props (including blocks, blankets, pillows), to create an effortless, restful, experience. Postures are held for 5-10 minutes each to allow the body to soften and relax. Our guided meditation will deepen this restorative practice by helping to quiet the mind, fully release tension and anxiety, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness. Jodi and Allesanda are committed to providing the best possible experience for you.

In honor in Mother’s Day, this May, 20% of all sales (services, gift certificates, and retail) will be donated to Alaina's Voice Foundation. Alaina Maria Housley died on November 7, 2018 when someone entered the Borderline Bar in Thousand Oaks California while she was line dancing and shot her, and 11 other people, taking their lives. This is one of many mass shootings that we have seen over the last several years, where so many lives have been lost.

Beginning immediately, 20% of the cost of the Libra Vitae gift sets will be part of the May donation to the Alaina's Voice Foundation

so... this is happening :)
My first official class as a Yoga Teacher (for adults, that is). I'm super excited to be offering this class. It's something I've been thinking about for a long time.

I have probably been doing yoga for over 20 years, but never really "got it" until I took a beginners series about 5 years ago. Then it all started making sense. If I can help someone get to their "Aha! moment" then, my job here is done (or just beginning).
