How do you feel when the Solar Plexus Chakra is strong?🧘🏻‍♀️

You feel focused and confident, ready for any challenge. You are organised, positive and can get things done. A strong helps you to stand up for yourself and create the life you want, rather than getting tangled up in other people’s problems. This area is also in charge of gut intuition. It might tell you immediately if you’ve met the person you are going to marry. Or else warn you to stay away from someone who is dodgy.

What if the Solar Plexus Chakra is weak?🧘🏽‍♂️

When this chakra isn’t charged up properly, you are like a torch with a flattish battery, you don’t glow very brightly. Everything seems overwhelming. It is hard dragging yourself out of bed in the morning, and hard making a dent in your To Do list. With your family and friends you might feel like a bit of doormat. At work, you might put up with a mundane job, rather than taking the initiative.
