📌 Your period game changer combo

Castor oil packs have been used for centuries to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and ease menstrual discomfort. When you add essential oils, the results can be next-level.

✨ Fennel - known for its natural antispasmodic properties, fennel helps relax uterine muscles and reduce the intensity of menstrual cramps. It also supports healthy hormone balance and digestion, which can be thrown off during your cycle.

🌸 Clary Calm - this blend is a woman’s best friend during her cycle. It helps balance mood swings, soothes tension, and supports relaxation when cramps hit.

🌿 Helichrysum - often called the “oil of relief,” it promotes healthy blood flow and helps ease deep or stubborn cramping sensations in the lower abdomen.

Combine these with a warm castor oil pack over your lower belly, and you’ve got a soothing ritual that feels as good as it is effective.

How to use it:
▪️Roll Clary Calm over your lower belly and lower back first.
▪️ Then, either add Fennel and Helichrysum directly from the bottle, or create a little roller blend for easier use.

▪️ Next, apply castor oil to your organic cotton wrap and place it over your stomach. Wrap it snugly so it stays in place. If you still need to move around, tuck a small heating pad inside the zipper pocket. If you’re relaxing in bed, use a larger heating pad instead.

Leave it on for as long as it feels comfortable - I usually keep mine on for about 1–2 hours.
