3 tips for younger adults ✨

1) POSTURE.
Sitting up straight is so important, the more you’re slouched the more pain you’ll slowly start to see. Whether that be from hips all the way to your neck!

2) ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES.
Get it checked out!! Do not let your body suffer and “hope it goes away”. Even if you don’t feel the pain now, you will in a week, month, or years from when it happened. Do not wait until it’s too late!

3) DIET.
It is so important what you eat. The foods you consume plays a vital role into your body. If you eat healthy, you’ll feel healthy - if you eat junk, well you will feel that.

Bad habits lead to pain✨

Is your body prepared to move in mornings?👀

We’re sharing 2 exercises you can start doing in the morning that will only add 2 minutes to your routine, but prevent workplace injuries!

✨NECK ROLL- Concentrate on starting with a solid posture then turn your thumbs pointing straight ahead and then slowly roll your neck around. 30 seconds going in each direction!

✨ARM CIRCLES- stand in front of a mirror to make sure your arms are not off center and staying straight out across (like you’re flying). Go in slow circular movements start with the size of a baseball, then slowly increase to a basketball, then as wide as you can go. 20-30 seconds each direction!

Despite these being so basic and simple, these will work! Having you feel better and moving better💪
