I wanted to let my clients know that I have had to raise my prices. It has been a successful first year in business and I was really hoping not to have to do this, but inflation is real. If you have already booked an appointment my old rates apply. If you currently are holding a package it will not affect you. If you need new package pricing please contact me. Another change, we will be pre-booking all purchased packages as well. I appreciate all of my wonderful clients and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Manifesting a Transcendent Movement for the New Year, it's not New...
As we look forward to 2022, there is Hope for positive changes in the world, our communities, and our own lives. This is not new, this is what we cling to year after year. It is what the New Year promises, it is what we promise ourselves. The pandemic, politics, close mindedness and judgement have been responsible for the loss of lives, friendships, family and trust. Death and near death and the very difficult navigation of emotions from those we are closest to were of the highest stressors of these last few years. I am not even getting into financial stressors, or the amount of families that picked up their lives and moved to other states. Let's face it folks, this year's Hope is a little harder to feel. It comes with a dash of doubt. How will things change? We have learned we cannot change peoples minds, and we shouldn't try. There is going to have to be a transcendent movement. It is up to us to be that movement. We can do this. Best said by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, "All You Need is Love". We need to wake each morning and think, how can I put love into the world...my world, my community, my Earth? When I was transitioning from a mother of one who had lost her father to a mother of four more who had lost their mom, it was my first mother-in-law who repeated to me over and over, just feed them love. They just need love. They are hurting. It worked. She is an amazing example.
When I was getting my Yoga Teachers Training Certification, we learned that our thoughts, and our words do not end. They put a vibration into the universe. This may sound far fetched to some, but think about it. When you think of a love or joy in your life, you cannot help but smile, now say it, you will smile again. The energy and vibration you create, is contagious and creates a vibration. Now, think of fear and anger. How did your body posture change? How did your face? We need to wipe away fear and hold on to our Hope of Peace, Love, and Joy. It works.
My cousin told me when I was 13 to write down three things you want in your life on a piece of paper and put it on your bathroom mirror. When you look at them everyday you will manifest them to happen. Why... because you are making them a priority in your mind and heart. So let us all write down the three things we all can agree we want more of in 2022 and create a transcendent movement of Peace Love & Joy. It is not new, but we need it now.
