We’re proud to spotlight Mike Thoma, a valued member of the Grow Wellness Foundation Board whose leadership and personal commitment to mental health make a meaningful impact on our mission.

Mike spent over 25 years with Hewlett Packard, building a successful career in sales and sales management. His experience leading teams and driving growth brings valuable insight to our board and helps strengthen our organization’s long-term impact.

Mike’s passion for mental health is deeply personal. “I have experienced unimaginable grief in my life and have benefitted greatly from the resources at Grow Wellness. Mental health is often overlooked and underfunded — yet it may be the last frontier in medical advancement. Awareness is the first step toward progress and healing.” His perspective is a powerful reminder of why access to care matters — and why our work is so important.

When he’s not serving, Mike enjoys spending time with his family — his wife Linda, daughters Samantha and McKenzie, their husbands, and his grandchildren, Maisie and Wesley. He also enjoys golfing, cooking, and traveling.

We are grateful for Mike’s leadership, vulnerability, and dedication to expanding access to mental health care in our community.

Today is National Let’s Laugh Day 😊

Laughter can reduce stress, lift your mood, and create moments of connection—especially when they’re needed most.

At Grow Wellness Foundation, we believe mental wellness is built through both big and small moments of support, healing, and connection.

Because access to care helps create more of these moments.
