Use a mild, non-active cleanser
No scrubs, acids, or exfoliants
Lukewarm water only (no heat)

STEP 3-PAT DRY (DON’T RUB)

Use a clean towel
Be extra gentle, skin is sensitive🤍

STEP 4-HYDRATE & REPAIR

Apply a simple moisturizer
Focus on calming + barrier repair
(no active ingredients)

STEP 5-PROTECT YOUR SKIN

SPF every single morning
Avoid direct sun when possible

STEP 6-PAUSE “ACTIVE” PRODUCTS

Avoid for 24–72 hours:
• Retinol
• AHAs / BHAs
• Vitamin C (if sensitive)
• Exfoliants
• Makeup (first 24–72 hrs depending on treatment)
