Closing 2025 and excited for 2026. It’s been a W I L D year! Beautiful chaos I’ve coined 2025. It has been filled with many highs and a mental load I wasn’t prepared for. Bought a studio with a barely 6 month old, toddler and teenager. Business ownership opened my eyes to so much. I’ve been happy for all the incredible things 2025 brought … alas, {real honesty} the mental exhaustion was HARD personally and professionally. BUT, we made it through, with more open eyes, boundaries and lessons learned for 2026.

Cheers to a healthy, prosperous and joyful 2026 … I’ve never been more ready for a new year 🙃

I’m back at the barre! Back at the spot that I fell in love with barre and with some of those same teachers 💛 You’ll be able to find me at Grow Well Yoga + Barre Fitness inside 5th Avenue Station every Tuesday at 9:45am for Barre Pilates.
