As I reflect, it's hard to believe ALL that has changed in a year- yet so much has stayed the same. I'm reminded that after over a decade in business-- it's the community and my wonderful patients that keep me going. It's a pleasure to come to work each day and be surrounded by those who truly care about healthcare not sickcare!

I know we all will strive to be the best, healthiest version of ourselves in 2026!

And yes, I am scared by what the AI future holds in 2026 (but also impressed how it's improved in the last year)!
