As a friendly reminder to our guests.

Prescription medications are compounded in our custom laboratory. Each medication takes a minimum of 2 hours to compound and some even 7 days. Your patience is appreciated.

At this time all medications are being shipped directly to the patient's home or work. Medications are unable to be picked up. Prescriptions can be called in via your physician office via telephone (630) 355-6400, Fax (815) 695-1018, or e-prescribe.

Patients are able to drop off their hand written prescription at our secure prescription drop box located in the rear of the building located at 1247 Rickert Drive, Naperville IL 60540. Please make sure your telephone number is clearly written on the prescription.

Once a prescription is received via your physician or received from the patient drop box, a pharmacist or nurse will contact you to get the remaining information, answer any questions, review your medication, and collect payment. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Martin Avenue does not except insurance since all of our medications are compounded and have multiple NDC numbers, and does not except Flex Spending cards due to the large fees associated with them.
