My goal is to make sure you feel relaxed, supported, and fully cared for during your massage. Here’s how you can help me make that happen:

• Open communication
Sharing your health history, preferences, allergies, and any areas that need extra attention helps me tailor the session so your body gets exactly what it needs.

• Gentle guidance from me
I’ll walk you through what to expect along the way so you can settle in, breathe, and let your body unwind.

• Your comfort always comes first
Undress only to your comfort level - you’ll be warmly draped and your privacy will always be respected.

• Slow breaths make a difference
Deep, easy breathing helps calm your nervous system and prepares your body to receive the work it’s asking for.

• Please speak up anytime
If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll adjust together. Your comfort and safety matter deeply.

• Expect deep relaxation
Massage can soften tension, ease pain, reduce fluid buildup, and melt stress. And if you drift off - that’s perfectly normal.

• Consistency supports healing
Regular sessions help your body stay balanced, responsive, and in a healthier rhythm over time.

Your body knows what it needs! I’m simply here to support that healing with care and intention.

Curious about lymphatic drainage?
It’s a gentle, powerful technique that supports your body’s natural healing.

This light, rhythmic massage encourages lymph fluid to move more freely, helping your body filter toxins and regulate fluid levels. It can boost immunity, reduce water retention, support detoxification, and keep your system balanced -especially as we head into winter.

If you’re looking to strengthen your immune system, reduce swelling, or enhance recovery, lymphatic drainage can be a wonderful tool for your health and wellness.

🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷Good morning, my friends! I am back from San Diego and back in the office today helping clients! I want to take a minute to reflect on the last few days, what it meant to me, and why I have already signed up to do my third walk! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

As a survivorr, I want to thank you all so much for donating, cheering me on, and helping me in support of an end to breast cancer! I am so thankul for you all! This was not an easy walk, and there were lots of challenges due to the weather.

“There can be no rainbow without a storm.”

Life doesn’t generally go as planned, no matter how much or for how long you prepare. Storms come, and thankfully storms pass!

Six and a half years ago my health journey began. Never did I think my life would look like it does today. People who have known me for a long time can definitely agree. It hasn’t been easy, but what has come from some very tough stuff is nothing short of amazing! And everyday is not a picnic, but when I focus on the big picture, I am very grateful!!!

Last year I challenged myself and walked. My body was 25 lbs heavier than when I started the walk on Friday. My legs hurt, my feet got blistered and very swollen. The nurses at the medical tent knew me by name by the 3rd day. They made me take a much needed break the 3rd day, soI could finish.

This year, I am in much better shape, but didn’t train as much and was a little nervous how it would go. Walking was easier, even the two mile climb at Torrey Pines was fine. I walked a steep hill in the pouring rain and had no issue. I walked through puddles for miles, whipping winds, and never had to sign in at the medical tent. My left foot and leg swelled a bit but was completely manageable and not unexpected with my Lymphedema

The San Diego 3 Day event raised 6.5 million dollars this year! The energy, friendship, community, and spirit in the pink bubble is truly amazing! It makes the experience absolutely unforgettable!

This is the reminder, “We can do hard things!”
My goal for 2026 is to raise more money than ever and keep working on my body to be the best I can be!

Onward and upward💗
With lots of love and the most grateful heart💗
Go make today great🩷

xoxo,
Debra

A few simple steps can help you get the most from your session:

✨ Hydrate well — start the day BEFORE your appointment to help soften muscles and reduce tension.
✨ Wear loose, comfortable clothing (unless compression wear is medically required).
✨ Eat light — avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and caffeine beforehand.
✨ Arrive 5–10 minutes early to begin relaxing and, if you’re new, complete any paperwork.
✨ Take a warm shower before your session if you can — it helps your body start to unwind.
✨ Remove jewelry if possible.

Each small step helps you ease into relaxation and supports your body’s natural healing process.

We DID IT!!! 3 long days, well over 100,000 steps, so many fun memories, a few blisters and sore muscles, but otherwise unscathed. Way too much rain! Soaking wet clothes and shoes, at one point we were looking for Noah amd the Ark to bring us home. Sadly, no luck and somehow survived the flooding anyway! Today the sun came out and only rained a little, even caught a rainvow. We met lots of great people, had tons of laughs, and will remember this walk forever!

San Diego 3 Day raised $6.5 million dollars for the cause! Grateful to be able to be here and walk and do our part to contribute! Bigger and better things coming soon…Stay tuned!

Day 2 has been a slippery slope filled with lots of flooding! Splish splash we took a bath! We walked as much as we could. They pulled us off the course once before lunch for two miles due to flooding and just closed the course again for the day when we were just a few miles from the finish for today. We are in a van heading back to camp to be shuttled to the hotel. They are closing camp for the night. We smiled and sang and swam through the rain. No matter how wet and cold we have felt, this is nothing like breast cancer!

Day 1 is DONE! It rained off and on, the people of San Diego really came out to cheers us on, giving out snacks and water. Was amazing especially with the weather! Lots of swag! My phone stopped working well due to the rain by lunch, my watch died at mile 15, lol. We walked two miles uphill at Torrey Pines, then into La Jolla, Pacific Beach and into basecamp. Tomorrow they are calling for heavy rain and flooding. 🙏🏼🤞🏼it changes overnight! Here are some pictures from the afternoon. We had a few emotional moments and made some friends. Now for a shower and putting my feet up. I may lose a few toenails, and have some blisters. Onward and upward we go!

That is pitstop two in the background. We are feeling good and skipping the pit.
