Patrick has been part of The Wellness Evolution for over four years — starting while finishing his undergrad, and now continuing alongside his doctorate at National University of Health Sciences.

He’s spent years behind the scenes learning what most never see — how to observe movement, understand the nervous system, and help create an environment where people can truly recover and perform at their highest level.

He balances the discipline of chiropractic school with real-world patient care, bringing intention, consistency, and calm to this space every single day.

Outside the office, you’ll find him training, working on his car, spending time outdoors, and staying grounded with the people who support him most — his family and girlfriend, who’ve been a constant through the demands of this journey.

That’s why we don’t chase symptoms.

Fitness isn’t just something Alexa does — it’s a foundation for how she lives, thinks, and shows up for the people she loves most.

Movement has been a powerful tool in her life, supporting not only her physical health but her mindset, confidence, and resilience through life’s more challenging seasons. For Alexa, staying active is a form of self-respect — one that helps her manage stress, find clarity, and stay grounded.

She and her husband are intentional about being positive, healthy role models for their son, teaching him early that movement is a gift. One that strengthens both the body and the mind. The discipline, balance, and self-belief that come from prioritizing health extend far beyond the gym — and into every area of life.
