Seasonally, we have sessions for boys and girls. Every class is a journey...and there is always something to discover.

There are lots of GOOD THINGS inside the CAVE; one of them being a playlist with some of our #1 hits from 1989! To think it was more than 35 years ago, is a thought in itself. It was a DIFFERENT WORLD back then, that was also a TV show - along with The Cosby Show, Cheers and the Girls that were Golden. The US population was 247 million compared to the 342+ is it today. Eggs were 95 cents and milk was $2.30. Detroit Pistons, Calgary Flames, Oakland A’s and the 49ers, were our sports’ champions. History is continuous. The discipline of it can be scholar; to understand it, understand life, YOUR life and YOURSELF. The things you can do year after a year…or to DEFINE a year. It’s things people will speak of. We are part of history…and love that we are. ♥️ 🤘🏼

THE SHOW MUST GO ON - Film, television, theater, concerts…it’s a show. Your LIFE is a show…people want a seat for that show, they want to be in the front row, of that show…up close and personal, to be part of it all. The good and bad., hiccups and mistakes, characters and the people involved, the content and capacity…to tell your story. The show is dedication, hard work and focus…to MINDFULLY be where your feet are. There is a lot that goes into the show; have a heart full of gratitude and take a bow once in a while. It is your longest running show…give it everything you’ve got and “break a leg.” ♥️
