This time last year, I experienced a tick bite and, about a month later, was diagnosed with Lyme disease after being severely ill for nearly two weeks.
Since then, I’ve incorporated a supportive herbal tisane into my daily routine. This blend includes elderberries, ashwagandha, japanese knotweed, echinacea, ginkgo, turmeric, ginger, willow bark, clove, and black pepper. It has been helpful in managing inflammation, as well as reducing brain fog, fatigue, and feelings of anxiety.
In addition, I regularly use Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Chaga mushroom extracts, along with cod liver oil, as part of my wellness regimen. For those navigating Lyme disease, these may be supportive options to explore.
