Stretching the forearm can feel helpful, but it is not always the full solution for tennis or golfer’s elbow. Many people focus only on stretching tight areas without addressing strength, grip control, or how the elbow is being loaded throughout the day. When the tendons are irritated, forced stretching alone may not create lasting change. Movement tends to be most effective when strength, control, and gradual loading are balanced together.
