: Beets ๐ซ Recipe
Weโve been making roasted/baked beets for many years (2008 video!) and this is a great way to help lower your cholesterol naturally.
Recipe: Ingredients and Prep
-Bake at 375-400 Fahrenheit for 60-90 minutes
-Baking dish
-8 or 10 medium beets
-Oil-Rice, Olive, or Coconut
-Balsamic Vinegar
-Celtic Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel beets and cut them a bit bigger than bite size pieces.
Place in baking dish-sprinkle with the oil, vinegar, and salt-all to your taste. You will find that the vinegar will add sweetness to the beets.
We normally cover our beets-with whatever you would normally use. They can be refrigerated for up to a week-use daily on your salads. Enjoy!
