Whether you are seeking weight loss, reduced stress, or increased flexibility, we have a class for you! In addition to our classic barre classes, we provide HIIT Barre, Bootcamp Barre, Fire Barre, and Tap n' Pow{h}er and Bounce, our rebounding classes. If you
