This is a beautiful 55 year old woman who had tried a series of Sculptra sessions as well as thread lifting, all of which did nothing for her. She is shown before and 7 months after I performed:

✅ UpliftTM lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty
✅Fat transfer to her under eye hollows and anterior cheeks
✅Endoscopic outer brow lift
✅Upper eyelid blepharoplasty
✅Lower eyelid blepharoplasty
✅Fractional CO2 laser lower eyelids and perioral

In addition to her eyelid rejuvenation, what is most striking is the improvement in the under eye/cheek hollowing from the fat transfer, and the restoration of her heart-shaped face of youth thanks to the deep plane Uplift procedure. She still looks like herself, just happier and better.

Does an Endoscopic Midface lift last?

Many people criticize this procedure because they feel the results don’t last. However, they simply do last. The key is selecting the right patient for this procedure, and executing it properly. It lifts and simultaneously volumizes the upper cheek, without extensive temporal hairline scars.

This is a 68 year old woman who had a prior traditional facelift 12 years ago. Her cheeks drooped down and needed to be lifted along with the jawline and neck. She is shown before and 1.5 years after I performed an Endoscopic Midface lift, UpliftTM lower face and neck lift revision, and perioral and lower eyelid fractional CO2 laser resurfacing.

Notice the sustained lift of her upper cheeks, WITHOUT the use of any fat transfer. The endoscopic midface lift has repositioned her own sagging cheek tissues vertically upwards without distorting her hairline or requiring lengthy temporal hairline scars.

9 month Revision Rhinoplasty Results: This is a 31 year old woman who originally had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago and was dissatisfied with significant asymmetry, a persistent dorsal hump, droopy tip, pinched nostrils, and difficulty breathing through her nose. She is shown before and 9 months after I performed a complex external revision rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafts. I corrected the pinching of her nostrils, lifted her tip and corrected the dorsal irregularities, giving her a more feminine and balanced nose that fits her facial features.
