Program Spotlight: Senior Fitness
Studies show exercise improves mental acuity, flexibility, strength, and balance, all of which contribute to keeping seniors healthy, active, and independent.
All living people are aging. It is an inevitable and natural process that comes with the cycle of life. The good news is that we have some control over how we age. Our concept of being successful differs as we transition from one life stage to another. As our goals and desires change, so do our strategies for successful living. Yet, throughout our lifetime, we find that our health in all forms persists in being integral to our well-being.
Our facility is designed to treat clients of all ages and diagnoses. Our team of Physical Therapist and Exercise Specialists, specialize in senior fitness. Our team offers a variety of programs to help clients maintain functionality in their daily activities. We specialize in working with seniors, seniors with cognitive/physical disabilities, and adults 50 and older.
Our programs include Parkinson’s Diseases Personal Training, Dementia Personal Training, Alzheimer’s Personal Training, Post Rehab Personal Training, Pre Rehab Personal Training, Osteoporosis Training, In-home Training, Training with Arthritis, and Balance & Fall Prevention Training.
