Reiki is a healing energy that helps an individual in several areas of their being. Psychological; Spiritual and Physical. Anyone can obtain Reiki for themselves through an attunement given by a Master. Reiki is mostly used for anxiety and to help alliviate stress in their lives. You obtain clarity from a session. It is a subtle energy, but very powerful. Meditation and Mindfulness is one of our focal points in Zentient. It is used in almost all of our sessions and taught. Our Insight Readings not only give you options in life, but sometimes come with Mediumship if a member or friend wish to communicate with you. My intention in my work is to bring my clients peace and clarity.

Our Story

My background in psychology and experience working with emotionally disturbed/socially maladjusted people, has led me to seek modules that assist people who display trauma through emotion. I have expanded my knowledge of energy work by developing multi-sensory skills. Particularly, through Mindful Meditation. My interest in philosophy provides the necessary structure to guide me within the realms of the work I do. To balance my spiritual sense, my work as a paralegal provides a grounding and practical element as I'm often reminded of the higher purpose within us all.
