We have exciting news to share. As of this morning, Naples Therapeutic Riding Center is tied for 2nd place in the Scouting for a Cause contest by The Scout Guide Naples.

Did you know that 2027 will mark NTRC’s 30th anniversary as an incorporated organization? With the winning full-page feature publishing in November 2026, the timing could not be more meaningful as we prepare to celebrate this milestone.

Every vote helps increase awareness of the life-changing programs that take place on our campus every day and brings us one step closer to celebrating three decades of impact.

It has been one week since Clyde left NTRC to retire at his original home, and we couldn’t help but share these full-circle photos.

Loved from the moment he arrived to the moment he returned home, the years between these images are filled with meaningful impact, countless memories, and lives changed. We are endlessly grateful to his family for sharing Clyde with us and trusting him to be part of our mission. 💙🐴

When we asked you all to take a step for Hoof & Hike 2026, you stepped UP. 🥾🐴

Together, you raised over $40,000 to support our retired therapy horses at Camp Rusk in Texas, ensuring they receive the lifelong care, comfort, and dignity they’ve earned after years of serving our community.

To our hikers, riders, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and supporters thank you for showing up. Because of you, our forever herd is continually safe, cared for, and deeply loved, even when they leave NTRC.

Also, thank you to NTRC's Lead Instructor, Lea Haven, and family. Their dedication brings this annual event to life.

Follow the signs and join us in the Picayune Strand for Hoof & Hike!

Choose your adventure with a walk friendly 5K hike or saddle up for a scenic trail ride through the preserve on your own horse. Enjoy fresh air, beautiful trails, and a meaningful way to support NTRC’s retired herd members.

On site registration is available, so you can join us right at the trailhead. Your $50 entry includes the Poker Run, an event T shirt, and lunch.

And bonus the forecast is calling for a perfect day to be outside. 🌿
