新年あけましておめでとうございます！
昨年6月に日本へ帰国してから、あさみさんと共に充実した日々を過ごしています。この1年間で新たな発見が多くありましたが、特に6月は空海の生誕1250周年に当たり、彼の教えから多くを学ぶことができた年でした。中でも「阿吽の呼吸」という技法をSomaの呼吸法に取り入れたことで、新たな知恵がもたらされました。特に、白い龍が舞い降りるイメージを目にした際には、本当に日本に帰ってきたという実感が湧きました。
今年は辰年であり、私たちは日本各地を旅しながら、素晴らしいSomaの呼吸法と「阿吽の呼吸」を広める予定です。
2024年は、龍の力を感じつつ日本を巡り、多くの人々と共に呼吸し、日本の美しさや神秘を感じられることを願っています。
これからの冒険がどんなものになるか、ワクワクします。
2024年が多くの仲間の夢と希望に満ちた素晴らしい年となり、
龍のように運気が上昇する一年となりますように、心から祈ります。
Happy New Year!
Since returning to Japan in June last year, Asami and I have been enjoying fulfilling days. The past year has been full of new discoveries, particularly in June, which marked the 1250th anniversary of Kūkai's birth. It was a year in which we learned a great deal from his teachings. Integrating the technique of "AUN" breathing into Soma Breath brought new wisdom. I particularly felt a real sense of returning to Japan when I envisioned a white dragon descending.
This year, being the Year of the Dragon, we plan to travel across Japan and spread the wonderful Soma Breath and "AUN” breathing. In 2024, we hope to visit many places in Japan, feeling the power of the "White Dragon", breathing with many people, and experiencing the beauty and sacred mystery of Japan.
I'm so excited about the adventures that lie ahead. I sincerely pray that 2024 will be a wonderful year filled with dreams and hopes for many friends, and like the dragon, a year where fortunes rise.
