Fun fact:
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday🦃 The day is full of festivities, fun, food, family and friends. Although, the true meaning of Thanksgiving is in the word itself. I love thanksgiving because it is a day we remember to give thanks. Thanks for the health of those around me, thanks for the giving of the nourishment to our bodies, and thanks for the love around us.

This year I have so much thanks to give. Thanks to my family for allowing me to take the plunge into my business, thanks to the support of my family and friends who have shown up, but most of all thanks to my patients who continue to support me and show up time and time again. Thanks for the hugs. Thanks for words of encouragement. Thank you for trusting me. Being able to help each and every one of you has been a blessing. Thankful is an understatement. I hope you all know truly how much you all mean to me!
