In hot climates like Southwest Florida, we sweat more. If you’re drinking plenty of water but still getting headaches or migraines after workouts or time in the heat, it may not be dehydration — it could be low electrolytes.

This is especially common in active women, those who eat very clean, or anyone prone to migraines. Supporting hydration and electrolytes can make a meaningful difference for some people.
