A standing hip flexor lunge with a posterior pelvic tilt helps you actually target the psoas + iliacus (instead of dumping into your low back).

✔️ Tuck the pelvis
✔️ Squeeze the glute of the back leg
✔️ Stay tall

You should feel this deep in the front of the hip—not in your spine.
