So many clients ask if we take health insurance or why we don’t accept health insurance?

We don’t accept it because you’d pay far more trying to use it than you do using our internal, self pay, out of network pricing. đŸ€Ż

A set of labs that cost $400 in our office, with no wait, no sick people, white glove service, family environment, in and out, comfortable, and quality experience will cost you $1600 if you go to the lab and the insurance denies the bill because it isn’t “medically necessary”. That is four times the amount to go to a cold, germy, stressful environment for the same information (or even less because they don’t actually do what they are supposed to). 🙃

Your doctor tells you you’re “just getting older” and it’s a “normal part of aging” because the INSURANCE company isn’t going to reimburse them for digging deeper, spending more time with you, educating you, talking about nutrition, or putting their hands on you to further evaluate you.

Insurance based companies are CLOSING because they can’t keep up and patients are recognizing they only actually get help paying for private care.

Insurance is dead. ☠

We talk about the necessities of protein intake for blood sugar, control, sleep, stress, control, weight management, increasing muscle mass, improving your brain function, metabolic health, nerve health
 The list really just goes on and on and on!

Some of the most common pushbacks I hear
- I don’t know how to get that much protein
- getting that much protein is so hard
- I don’t wanna eat animal protein all day long
- I don’t have time for that much protein

- again, the concerns and excuses are endless
