Welcome to Country Club Physical Therapy, LLC. We have served the Naples area for over eight years and bring an experienced rehabilitation staff to serve your personalized therapy needs. We do not have a free-standing clinic like common therapy clinics as we come to you, to personalize your rehab plan for optimal success. Because we bring physical therapy to you, we are able to bill some Medicare plans and are private pay which offers the most flexibility. We are not in network for most private insurance.
