Join us for a special Mommy & Me Yoga class at Torch Hot Yoga Studio, focused on connection, gentle movement, and giving back. This family-friendly class is designed for moms and their little ones to stretch, breathe, play, and bond together in a supportive, welcoming space.

✨ This class is donation-based, and all of the proceeds will be donated to Eva’s Closet, supporting local families and children in need.

SWFL Mamas! ❤️ We are just two weeks away from Mommy & Me Yoga for a Cause! 🧘‍♀️

This class is for the mamas who want to get out of the house and experience something rooted in connection, movement, and goodness.

Join other supportive moms and their babies in our community—no yoga experience required. And because babies are meant to baby, there is absolutely no pressure if your little one fusses, falls asleep, cries, spits up, or who knows what lol. We’re moms—we get it. 🤍

Capri and I took a little girls’ trip to Disney World recently, just the two of us. I shared this in my story while she was asleep on my chest in her princess PJs after a full Magic Kingdom day, and so many of you messaged me about it.

It felt it deserved a permanent spot here. ✨🪄

Sometimes we actually make it out in style. Last night we went to the gala on behalf of and 💚 Since having Capri, and growing businesses we’ve become much more selective about where we spend our time, and this one was totally worth it. Such a beautiful event. 👏✨
