Ensure your baby sleeps safely every time. 💤 Follow the ABCs of Safe Sleep:
-Alone: Place your baby in their own sleep space.
-Back: Always lay your baby on their back to sleep.
-Crib: Use a firm mattress with a fitted sheet; avoid soft bedding.

Avoid bundling your baby in heavy blankets or clothing. Overheating increases the risk of sleep-related infant deaths.
