I was born and raised here and decided to return "home" to help benefit my community and the surrounding communities and to raise my children in a small town. I decided to become a chiropractor after suffering from constant headaches as a child. I got relief after being adjusted by a chiropractor. I want to help people of all ages with their health problems and teach them how to get well and live up to their full potential. I especially enjoy treating children and educating patients so they are better able to make informed health decisions for their family. At Total Life Chiropractic we aid individuals and families in finding their health potential by removing obstacles to the healing process. Nervous system interference (called subluxation) caused by physical, chemical, and emotional stress disrupts the delicate communication pathways between your brain and every tissue and cell in your body. By reducing the devastating effects of subluxations we help people of all ages from newborn babies to senior citizens live a healthier more balanced life.

Are you on the struggle bus when it comes to getting your littles (whether they are a baby, toddler, or older child) to sleep at night?? While it is normal for your child to want your comfort some nights, they shouldn't NEED it to sleep. Poor sleep can come from stress on their nervous system. This stress can cause their brain to be in overdrive when they are trying to rest!
Adjustments can calm their nervous system and brain. This gives you and your child more peaceful rest throughout the night!
