If you haven’t heard us preach it enough, we truly believe that movement is life! 💪While pregnancy may look different for everyone, some form of intentional movement is one of the best things for you, your baby, and your birth outcome!
Here are some of our favorite moves to focus on during pregnancy! Remember, a “work out” doesn’t have to mean insane, soul crushing cardio or throwing around a bunch of weights, do what feels right for you! Pregnancy is a great time to slow down, focus on your breath, and connect with your core and pelvic floor. We promise, you’ll thank yourself for it later! ❤️

Do you all know what season it is? Yes, it's football, fall, and spooky season! But it is all the season of the FUNK (sick) 🤧 which then turns into…👇
👉 kids missing out on school
👉 parents having to use sick days
👉 multiple doctor visits
👉 sleepless nights for the whole family
As a reminder, this is the time of year when we tend to usually see a spike in illness because we often have less and less sun exposure + movement, an increase in our sugar intake (thanks, holidays!), and endure more stress - all things that down-regulate our immune system!
Here are some tips that we recommend to help keep you and your family’s immune system in check:

🌱 Supplement with vitamin D, C, and zinc to keep your immune system robust
🥦 Fuel your body with whole, organic foods
🏃🏻 Stay moving, even if it’s just jumping jacks in your little room or having a dance party with your family!️
