Fat is one of the body’s cleanest and most efficient energy sources. Unlike sugar and refined carbs that burn fast and leave you hungry again, healthy fats provide long, steady energy — helping you feel satisfied, stable, and less driven by cravings.

Think of it like this:
🔥 Sugar & refined carbs = kindling (quick burn, quick crash)
🪵 Healthy fats = a log on the fire (steady, lasting fuel)

Every time you eat carbohydrates, your body releases insulin. Over time, frequent insulin spikes can make it harder to burn fat and easier to store it. Supporting your body with healthy fats and fiber helps stabilize blood sugar and encourages your body to use fat for fuel.
