Dr. Zac working on some of our long-time Patients!

Many people don't know that regular routine Adjustments can help you live a healthier, and more functional life.
A strong healthy spine goes so much deeper than just helping with pain--It helps you maintain better posture, and good posture can help improve breathing, digestion and energy. A healthy spine also provides protection for the spinal cord and nerves to safely relay messages to and from the brain and the rest of the body, which helps you function at your very best! It also helps with flexibility, mobility, and even mental health.

A strong healthy spine is essential for living a strong healthy life ๐Ÿ‘

We are now offering Cupping as a separate treatment, AND in conjunction with Spinal manipulation and/or Occupational Therapy!

Cupping is a safe, traditional treatment that helps resolve chronic muscle tightness and pain faster than Massage Therapy alone. Even though Cupping has been around for thousands of years, it has become most popular in recent years, as more and more people have experienced the GREAT benefits that Cupping provides, such as:

Increased Circulation--The suction from the cups increases circulation to the area where the cups are placed. The additional blood flow to that area can help relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair. Increasing circulation with cupping also helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Releasing Toxins--The modern lifestyle overloads your body with toxins. Cupping gives your body a boost in releasing those toxins. Focused blood flow helps your body by flushing built-up toxins through the lymphatic system. (Your lymphatic system is responsible for eliminating your bodyโ€™s toxins and waste.)

AND SO MUCH MORE!

Cupping is often a relaxing and relieving sensation for people.
The negative pressure that suction creates can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow and calm the nervous system, which can help with a number of human ailments.
Cupping is also used today to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, muscle spasms -especially in athletes- as well as anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism and even cellulite.

To get more information, or to book your Cupping session, call our office at (610) 664-8330--We look forward to helping you feel your very best!
