In an energy session, I scan your field with my hands and release any imbalances. Your chakra and meridian systems are then realigned as needed. From there, the session continues as ‘directed.’

God/Source/Universe, whatever word you want to use, does the ‘healing’ and you will receive what you need at the time. Change can occur at various levels and is evident in your post-chakra reading. This reading is shared and discussed with you.

Any symbols or messages that are received during your session will be shared with you. You will also become aware of steps that you can take to maintain equilibrium.
