Save the Date!!!! Monday May 26 at 10 am in the yard at NBX Bikes, Yoga at NBX will be hosting a color class!!! It’s a yoga with Holi Powder ( which is messy but safe for skin). We will be outside in teh yard cause it’s messy and FUN! More to come……..

My approach to yoga is both playful and transformative. I don’t believe in rigid practice, but rather in acknowledging where our bodies are today. When we do this, we can show kindness to ourselves through movement while still meeting our individual edge.
