This is caused by old trauma, from childhood, birth, and even beyond birth. We hold on to old emotions we either pushed down or didn't know how to process. We trigger from these emotions our whole lives until they are healed. Anger, anxiety, nervousness, worry, blaming, depression are just some of those emotions. Love and light.❤

There are many people who suffer from depression. Telling them to just think positively doesn't work. I have found that many people do not just have hidden or trapped emotions but may also have negative programs from pasted lives or even curses that need to be removed. Love is the answer. The Angels are saying see only love in yourself and others. For when someone hurts another they truly know not what they do or how it effects another. Instead forgive and send love as to change their energy to not effect the next person. Love and light ❤
