🚨 The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) recently revised its specifications regarding the presence of endotoxins in sterile water used for cleaning medical instruments. While this update is highly beneficial for medical progress, it has made it more challenging to meet the AAMI standard for sterile water.

Fortunately, we have a solution! Critical Process has developed a proprietary charging process that applies a chemical formula to our filter media, resulting in a positive electrical charge on the media. This charge difference compared to negatively charged endotoxins enables the media to collect endotoxins more effectively and efficiently than permeable filtration alone. Our charged products demonstrate a >3-log removal of negatively charged endotoxins from the filtered solution, which is well within the requirements of the new AAMI standard.
