I just had a very cool and informative session at Dexafit Nashua. Bodyscan (Lean muscle mass, fat %, and bone density), resting metabolism test, and VO2Max. $119 for each test, or $319 for the three service appointment (20% off your first appointment). I paid $255 for the full session that took about two hours. I can’t recommend this service highly enough. This will take the guess work out of how many calories, how much protein to eat to gain muscle and/or lose fat. And where you should keep your heart rate to burn the most amount of fat. Cool, fun, and informative.
