This is my recipe for the Spanish dish ceviche.
These are the ingredients:
* 2 pounds of cooked shrimp
* four tomatoes
* one yellow pepper
* one red onion
* a quarter cup of guacamole
* one bunch of cilantro
* Salt to preference
This dish has become a staple in my household. It’s very nutritious, low in calories, and high in protein. My family loves this. I hope you guys do too!
